Process
Inventoried 40+ inconsistent buttons across the product, consolidated to a single set, and documented usage. Set up a Figma-to-code workflow with weekly office hours.
Outcome
New feature UI now ships about 30% faster, and visual QA bugs fell noticeably as teams reused audited components instead of rebuilding them.
